Data collection, purpose and processing 

CIMD, SA is obliged to inform the users of this website regarding the possible collection of personal data, which may occur when you send us an email or fill out a form on this website. In this regard, CIMD, SA is considered the controller of any data collected by such means. 

CIMD, SA likewise informs users that the purpose of processing such data may include: answering questions from users, including users in our contacts list, providing services, managing the commercial relationship, and understanding user behaviour on our website.

These rights may only be exercised by the user in question or by their legal representative, in which case documents accrediting their power to represent the user must be provided.
